How we work

FoundationCX is the technical arm behind your firm. You own the client, the commercial front and the local presence. We own the technical side — and we are paid by you, not by the client.

We do not offer our services to your clients, and we do not appear in front of them unless you want us to. Your win stays your win.

When a strategic decision has a technical effect you cannot see, we say so in writing. The decision is yours. Either way, it is recorded.

The three programs

Delivery partner

A firm that wins technology projects and needs a technical team to deliver behind it. We take on technical proposals, planning, project management and delivery as a subcontractor.

What we need from you: a written opportunity and a named decision-maker. The first step: send us one opportunity and we write its technical part for free: one free proposal per partner, until we win our first project together.

Referral partner

A firm or individual with clients who wants to refer them to us. You refer, we deliver, and we agree the terms in a written agreement.

What we need from you: knowing clients who need our services. The first step: get in touch and tell us what kind of clients you have.

Commission sales agent

You market our services to your network and earn a commission on every deal that closes. The terms are set in a written agreement.

What we need from you: a network of relationships and the ability to market. The first step: get in touch and tell us about your network.

How the partnership starts

  1. A call: thirty minutes — your firm, what you have, and what you need.
  2. A scope memo: what we will take on, how we will price it, and what we need from you.
  3. A written agreement: a subcontract, or a referral or commission agreement.
  4. Kickoff: a named decision-maker on each side and a decision log from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Will you contact my clients directly? We do not offer our services to your clients, and we do not appear in front of them unless you want us to.

Are the percentages fixed? The terms are set in a written agreement after the assessment call. We do not publish fixed percentages.

What is the quickest way to start? Send us one opportunity you have, we decide together whether to go for it, then we write its technical part for free. That way you see how we work before any commitment.

Contact us — tell us about your firm and what you have, and we will send you a time for a call.
