- 01 A call we learn your current software and how much data you have.
- 02 A sample we move part of your data into a trial copy and you review it.
- 03 Matching we match the balances and quantities against your old software.
- 04 Go-live we move the rest and start on the new system, and the old one stays for reference.
Our limits
- We move the data that your current software can export. If it cannot export its data, we agree the method with you before we start.
- Your accountant signs off the matching of accounting balances.
