Who is responsible
FoundationCX LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (Business ID 0008126389), is responsible for the data described here. Contact: info@foundationcx.com.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the site's forms: in the partnership form, your firm and its type, your country, what you need, the project stage, your message, your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone number — plus the language of the page; in a request for systems from the Systems pages, the systems you chose, your message, your name, your company, your email and, if you give it, your phone number — plus the language of the page, so our replies and account emails are in that language. To stop spam, our server keeps a one-way scrambled form of your IP address for 30 days, never the address itself. We use no analytics and no tracking or marketing cookies. Your browser keeps your light or dark choice, and the systems you add to a request on the Systems pages, on your device; they are never sent to us unless you send the request yourself.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your request and, if we go ahead, to prepare a partnership. We process it because you ask us to and agree to it when you send the form. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to any list.
Who handles it, and where
The form sends your data straight from your browser to our server at Link Datacenter in Egypt, which stores it, sends our confirmation to you and hosts our mailbox. Link handles it only on our behalf. Within days we move it into our own records system, run by our team in Egypt, and delete it from that server 30 days later, except requests that belong to a customer account (below). Cloudflare delivers the site's pages, but the form does not pass through it.
Your account and request tracking
When you send a request for systems, we open an account under your email so you can follow it: your name, company and phone, the systems you asked for, your request's status and your notes on it. There is no password: you sign in through a link we email you, which works once (7 days for the first link, 30 minutes after that). Signing in sets one cookie from our server (api.foundationcx.com) that keeps you signed in for 30 days; it is needed for the account to work, is never used to track you, and is removed when you sign out. We keep the account and its requests on our server in Egypt for as long as the account exists. You can ask us to delete it from your account page or by writing to us.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it — unless it becomes part of a contract.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@foundationcx.com. We reply as soon as we can, and always within the time your country's law sets. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country — SDAIA in Saudi Arabia, or the Personal Data Protection Centre in Egypt.
