From the table in Article 19 of the Executive Regulations, as published. Some of its bands differ between sources, so treat the figure as an estimate and confirm it on the Centre's portal. Which of your tools store data outside Egypt?

Microsoft, Google and Amazon have no cloud region in Egypt, and the common tools below keep their data outside Egypt too. Storing data outside Egypt counts as a transfer, which needs a licence or permit from the Centre, a level of protection in the destination country no lower than Egyptian law, and the data subjects' consent under the Regulations. Moving to an alternative inside Egypt reduces the scope of that transfer.

They stay with a transfer permit, clear consent, and less data sent. For example, a WhatsApp message with a link to a portal inside Egypt instead of the data itself.
