Nextcloud Polls for team voting

Instead of dozens of chat messages to coordinate a meeting time or settle an internal decision, create a poll in under a minute: suggest dates or options, let participants indicate their availability, and view the winning consensus in a clear matrix. The poll and all participant responses stay on a server we host for you in Egypt.

It is a module of Asas by FoundationCX, working seamlessly alongside company file storage.

If you are looking for an alternative to Doodle for meeting scheduling, this replaces:

• Doodle.
• Using Microsoft Forms or Google Forms for meeting availability polls.
• Endless "what time works for everyone?" message threads in team chats.

• Date and time polling: Propose multiple dates and times, allowing participants to vote on their preferred slots.
• Text option polling to resolve decisions or select between project alternatives.
• Yes, No, or Maybe voting identifying participants who can attend if necessary.
• Public guest vote links allowing external partners to vote without creating an account.
• Anonymous voting hiding voter names when confidentiality is required.
• Auto-close deadlines automatically closing the poll at a specified date and time.
• Vote limits per option, useful for capping workshop attendance or training seat capacities.
• Comment threads directly on the poll for contextual discussion.
• Automated reminders notifying participants who have not yet voted.
• Export poll results to spreadsheet format.

Built on Nextcloud Polls, an open-source polling application for Nextcloud.

• Arabic: The Nextcloud interface supports Arabic natively; remaining Polls app elements in English work alongside full Arabic support for poll titles, descriptions, and option text. We can localize remaining strings under customization.
• Hosting: We host it for you in Egypt alongside your private workspace platform (infrastructure design).

• Single sign-on via: Single sign-on (SSO).
• Part of: The Asas ecosystem, and the "Egyptian Office" bundle.
• Requires: File sharing and storage.
• Integrates with: Calendar and contacts and team chat.

• Small and medium enterprises coordinating schedules across cross-functional departments.
• Professional offices scheduling consultations with external client stakeholders.
