What it does for you

A centralized cloud workspace for all your company's documents: employees store files, collaborate with teammates, share links with external clients, and access assets from browsers, desktop PCs, or mobile devices. All files remain safely hosted on a dedicated server we operate for you in Egypt, never scattered across local personal laptops or stored on unvetted foreign cloud services.

It is a module of "Asas by FoundationCX", and can be taken on its own.

Frequently asked questions

Is it an alternative to Google Drive for business?

Yes: saving files, team sharing, and synchronizing across computers and smartphones. The difference is the server stays inside Egypt, with no per-user license fees.

Does storing company files on Google Drive create legal compliance risks?

Google Drive has no local data storage region in Egypt. Storing personal records on foreign clouds constitutes a cross-border transfer requiring a license or permit from the Personal Data Protection Center, unless exempt.

How much storage capacity is provided?

As much as your business needs. We size server storage to your current volume and projected growth, expanding capacity on demand.

Can I recover an accidentally deleted file or an earlier revision?

Yes, from the trash bin and version history logs.

Do you migrate our existing corporate files?

Yes, as part of migration from your current software.

  • The software is from its developer (Nextcloud); our work covers hosting, configuration, operations, and support.
  • We do not provide formal legal opinions regarding compliance; that requires consultation with a qualified attorney or authorized authority.
