Stalwart for business email

Official business email for every employee under your company domain (such as `ahmed@sharikatak.com`), on a server we host for you in Egypt. It works from the browser, Outlook, and mobile email apps, and employees log in using the same password used across all other company systems.

It is a module of "Asas by FoundationCX", and can be taken on its own.

If you are looking for a Gmail and Outlook alternative, this replaces:

• Gmail in Google Workspace.

The email system is built on Stalwart, a modern open-source mail server, with the Nextcloud Mail app providing the browser webmail interface.

• Legal: services like Gmail and Microsoft 365 lack local storage regions in Egypt, and storing your data on them constitutes a cross-border transfer requiring licensing or authorization from the Personal Data Protection Center, unless your entity is exempt.
