Nextcloud Forms for surveys

Build surveys or registration forms in minutes and share the link with employees or external clients to complete from their smartphones or laptops. Responses arrive compiled in aggregated graphical charts and remain stored on a server we host for you in Egypt, rather than third-party foreign clouds. Customer responses frequently comprise sensitive personal data, so retaining them within Egypt supports compliance with local personal data protection laws.

It is a module of "Asas by FoundationCX", and can be deployed alongside file storage.

If you are looking for an alternative to Google Forms and SurveyMonkey for online forms and polls, this replaces:

The forms tool is built on Nextcloud Forms, an open-source application for the Nextcloud platform.
