Nextcloud Whiteboard for team drawing

An infinite canvas where your team brainstorms visually: sketch product ideas, map out process workflows, diagram system architectures, or prioritize sprint backlogs. Every participant sees changes in real time, and the finished whiteboard saves directly as an encrypted file inside company cloud storage on a server in Egypt.

It is a module of Asas by FoundationCX, working seamlessly alongside company file storage.

If you are looking for an alternative to Miro or collaborative visual whiteboards, this replaces:

• Miro.
• Microsoft Whiteboard.
• Physical office whiteboards photographed on smartphones after meetings.

• Simultaneous collaborative sketching with real-time multi-user cursor presence.
• Shapes, arrows, and connecting lines for drawing flowcharts, user journeys, and architecture maps.
• Text boxes and typography placed alongside sketches.
• Freehand sketching supporting mouse, stylus pen, and touch-screen devices.
• Image uploads placed onto the whiteboard canvas.
• Custom shape libraries reusable across different whiteboard projects.
• Vector export saving whiteboards as high-resolution PNG or SVG images.
• File-based storage saved directly in company cloud storage with full permission controls and version history.
• Shareable access with colleagues or external collaborators via password-protected links.
