What it does for you

Instead of employees manually sending invoices or payment reminders over WhatsApp from personal phones, your system handles it automatically: when an invoice is submitted, the customer receives an instant WhatsApp message with an attached PDF, and automated reminders dispatch as due dates approach. Everything originates from your official registered business WhatsApp number and is logged inside your system.

What is the official WhatsApp Business API?

An official enterprise service provided by Meta allowing business systems to programmatically send authenticated messages from a corporate number. Your company registers the number with Meta, and we implement the technical integration.

Can I attach an invoice PDF to the WhatsApp message?

Yes, the generated invoice PDF from your system is attached directly to the message.

Are WhatsApp messages free?

Meta charges per conversation based on category, which your company pays directly to Meta.

Our limits

  • WhatsApp message delivery passes through Meta's cloud infrastructure outside Egypt; we configure message handling in accordance with your company's data policies.
  • Business number verification and message template approvals are registered under your corporate legal identity with Meta.
  • The software is from its developer (Frappe); our role is hosting, configuration, operation, and support.
